HOTEL SELECTION & ROOM INFORMATION
Please clearly indicate IN/OUT dates and supply names of all persons to occupy room(s) and type of room. You will be notified by the congress secretariat about hotel name, address and price details; rates provided will include breakfast, hotel taxes and are per room, per night. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment will be through Money transfer. All new reservations, changes, substitutions and cancellations mst be made through Over Media Consult. In case of no-show or cancellation payment will not be refunded. 

FREE SHUTTLE BUS
Shuttle buses will operate continously between official Symposium hotels and the Symposium location at no charge.
